Nieuwe standpunten CAP

Het Centraal Aanspreekpunt Pensioenen van de Belastingdienst heeft de volgende standpunten gepubliceerd:

1. Dat de werknemer zelf om ontslag verzoekt is op zichzelf geen reden voor toepassing van de VUT-heffing: Link

2. Levenslooploon mag niet boven het laatstgenoten loon uitgaan. Aangegeven wordt hoe dit praktisch kan worden berekend: Link

3. Als er geen werkgever meer is moet de uitvoerder op het levenslooploon de inhoudingen verrichten aan de hand van de groene tabel bijzondere beloningen: Link

4. Een pensioenregeling mag een eerdere pensioenrichtleeftijd kennen dan 65, maar dan moet het opbouwpercentage dienovereenkomstig worden aangepast aan de hand van de volgende staffels: Link
