NvW Fiscale verzamelwet 2010

De minister van Financiën heeft een nota van wijziging uitgebracht op de Fiscale verzamelwet 2010.
Het betreft onder meer de al aangekondigde deblokkering van spaarloon en een aanvulling op de werkkostenregeling.
De aanvulling betreft een regeling om onder- en bovenmatige reiskostenvergoedingen op jaarbasis te salderen. Daarnaast kan de werkgever voortaan tijdelijke huisvesting buiten de woonplaats in het kader van de dienstbetrekking (een “pied-a-terre) aanwijzen als eindheffingsbestanddeel. Eindheffing is ook mogelijk voor buitengewone beveiligingsmaatregelen aan een woning. Verder zijn er enige technische wijzigingen opgenomen. Zo is verhelderd dat de inhoudingsplichtige vergoedingen en verstrekkingen ook gedeeltelijk kan aanwijzen als eindheffingsbestanddeel.
